I’ve been training with Carolyn for over a year now, and it’s been such a great experience! She creates personalised workouts that keep me motivated and on track. I was never really a sporty person before, but I’ve grown to love my regular sessions and feel so much stronger thanks to her. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Love Carolyn's holistic approach to training, not only focusing on the physical work but the mental, the habitual and the educational. She came highly recommended by colleagues who also trained with her, but I was still surprised by how much I enjoyed the journey!

When I started training with Carolyn just over a year ago, I was staring down the big 5-0 and feeling like I was falling apart. Regular walking, yoga, and Pilates just weren’t cutting it anymore. After floundering with free apps and online trainers, Carolyn’s Hybrid programme finally gave me the structure, accountability, and expert support I needed.
I look forward to our weekly in-person sessions as much for the one-on-one attention as for the banter. It also motivates me to complete the workouts she programs for me to do at home with an app because I was the kid who dreaded showing up without having done my homework.
The challenging hiking trips she organises for her clients each year are such fun and got me back into exploring the outdoors. At 50 I’m stronger, fitter, more confident, and genuinely happier in my skin than ever.
Booking the first 3 month block felt like a big commitment financially at the time, but looking back on what a huge difference regular strength training has made to the quality of my life, I can't think of anything that would have even come close to a better return on investment.
Take the leap - isn't future you worth it? I only wish I’d started sooner.
