I’m Carolyn, a personal trainer based in Queenstown, NZ. Through Considered Coaching, I offer one-on-one training that’s supportive, personalised, and grounded in real-life results. I trained with Carolyn for years with her one on one training offering and found her to be an open friendly and personable trainer, who really cares about your overall health and wellbeing. Her training plans are clearly planned on evidence based research and she is knowledgeable and able to change the plan on the spot depending on various injuries and imbalances as they come up. I had a brief period of time where I was unable to attend our weekly sessions and it became very clear over that time how much they contributed to my strength and overall wellbeing as everything in my life improved when I was able to resume my sessions with her.
Overall a massive support in my life and my time with her built into a friendship that I will cherish.
